How scoring works and what it means

Choose one answer for each of the 10 questions. Three descriptions score 0, 1 or 2; “Not sure” scores 0 and is counted as an evidence gap. Overall score = total points ÷ 20 × 100. Each of the five areas has two questions and contributes 20%.

This is a digital-maturity self-assessment. Choose the highest description fully supported by current practice in the business or operation you are assessing.

Maturity levels: Foundation; Emerging; Established; Integrated; Optimizing. The bands are 0–<20, 20–<40, 40–<60, 60–<80 and 80–100 respectively.
