Assess progress, address gaps and publish claims only when the underlying evidence supports them.

Examples include device reuse and end-of-life records; workload utilization; accessibility issues identified and resolved; training participation; and completion of relevant partner and project risk reviews. These are candidate measures, not published performance results.
