Self-assessment only. This is not an audited rating, certification or an industry percentile. This score describes your preparation; it does not predict business success or authorize a launch.
How scoring works and what it means
Choose one answer for each of the 10 questions. Three descriptions score 0, 1 or 2; “Not sure” scores 0 and is counted as an evidence gap. Overall score = total points ÷ 20 × 100. Each of the five areas has two questions and contributes 20%.
This is a planning-readiness assessment. Evidence means research, conversations, trials and a practical plan—not a fully operating business.
Readiness levels: Idea stage; Exploring; Structured planning; Well prepared; Evidence-backed plan. The bands are 0–<20, 20–<40, 40–<60, 60–<80 and 80–100 respectively.
Nimble One’s questions, weights and thresholds are an original, indicative rubric informed by published guidance and sector workflows. They are not externally validated benchmarks, certification or a compliance audit. A high score does not establish commercial viability or approval to launch. Do not compare scores across sectors, business stages or questionnaire versions.
