Compliance

10 topics, two questions each. Choose the best response to each scenario, then reflect on your workplace practice over the past 90 days.

Registration is required to view results. Your details are saved first; answers are sent for scoring but are not retained. Leaving or refreshing clears your answers. This self-assessment guides development; it is not certification or proof of compliance. Choose “Not sure / no opportunity” where appropriate.

How your recommendation is calculated

Scenario knowledge contributes 60%; self-reported practice contributes 40%. Each topic has equal weight. Below 40%: Foundation intensive; 40–64%: Core applied; 65–84%: Targeted development. Advanced / refresher requires at least 85% overall, 80% knowledge, 70% practice and no critical gaps. Bands use unrounded scores.

Critical gaps take priority regardless of the average. An unknown answer or lack of opportunity needs discussion or observation. These are proposed development thresholds, not validated industry benchmarks. Review role fit with your manager and adapt compliance content to approved local policies.
