How mature is your project delivery?
Answer 10 questions about typical practice across your organization’s projects over the past 12 months. Choose the highest description fully supported by evidence across most projects—not just your best project. Where practice is mixed, select the lower supported choice.
Allow 5–10 minutes. A sponsor, project lead and business representative should ideally agree the answers. Use “Not enough evidence” when unsure or when a topic cannot be assessed. Registration is required to view results. Your details are saved first; answers are sent for scoring but are not retained. Leaving or refreshing clears your answers.

This original Nimble One diagnostic draws on the governance, scope, schedule, finance, stakeholder, resource and risk themes described in PMI’s PMBOK® Guide—Eighth Edition, together with its emphasis on value, quality and tailoring. The questions and maturity bands are our own; this is not a PMI assessment, certification, endorsement or full organizational maturity audit.
Four practice choices score A = 0, B = 1, C = 2 and D = 3. The 10 questions have equal weight. Overall score = points ÷ 30 × 100. Initial: below 25%; Developing: 25% to below 50%; Defined: 50% to below 75%; Measured and improving: 75% or above, with every answer at C or D. Otherwise the highest result is Defined. Use equivalent evidence for predictive, agile and hybrid delivery.
Governance, scope/change and risk answers below C trigger priority attention. “Not enough evidence” is unscored and withholds the overall maturity rating until clarified; it is not a failure. This short self-report is an indicative starting point. Validate with project records and interviews before investment or assurance decisions.
